You requested kmdl package for that kernel (that's what the part after kmdl-
means, the kernel it's built for). So a matching kernel must be installed.
The reason you can't get the kernel is probably that the suspend kernels
live in bleeding and you don't have it enabled (why kmdl's for bleeding
kernels are in stable, anyway?)

If you don't want that kernel, select another version of nvidia kmdl for
installation.
