Get the matching firmware from

http://atrpms.net/dist/common/ipw2200-firmware/

FC4 comes with some ipw2200 version in the kernel, you need to pick
the firmware package with version 2.2.

ATrpms provides kmdl packages for ipw2200 that then depend on other
firmware packages, but stay with the stock driver for now, you "only"
need the newer ones for WPA etc. When you get the basic functionality
going, you can think about upgrading to ATrpms' version.
