That's OK, 0.3 is now stabler than 0.2.

Try
apt-get install atrpms-package-config
to replace medley-package-config with an ATrpms only config.
medley-package-config should be used only if you are willing to go
through the repos and check what they are, whether you want them all
and if not, what subset you want to activate.
