It just sais that you haven't told rpm to trust these signed
packages. Use

rpm --import http://ATrpms.net/RPM-GPG-KEY.atrpms

Also don't use -ihv, but -Uhv. Perhaps you now have multiple instances
on ImageMagick installed, check with

rpm -q ImageMagick

If you get more than one (and this is not x86_64), then remove them
all with

rpm --allmatches -e ImageMagick

and reinstall only one instance.
