Have you tried smart fix and smart upgrade? smart --gui works on two
FC4/x86_64 systems I just tried, an FC2->FC3->FC4 upgrade and a virgin
I'd also rpm -V any suspicious packages, e.g. any package that
smart-gui depends on.
