I just found one for FC3 which still works. Yum continues fine after remove 
dmraid from my system (I reinstalled it again later via yum).
Finished Transaction Test
Transaction Check Error:   file /usr/share/man/man8/dmraid.8.gz from install 
of dmraid-1.0.0.rc8-FC4_5 conflicts with file from package 
dmraid-1.0.0.rc7-4_FC4

Another issue I have is installing xine. It has a failed dependency as well, 
which I can't find :

---> Package xine-lib.x86_64 0:1.0.1-2.1.fc3 set to be updated
--> Running transaction check
--> Processing Dependency: libFLAC.so.4()(64bit) for package: xine-lib
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Missing Dependency: libFLAC.so.4()(64bit) is needed by package xine-lib
