The 2.6.11 kernel you have is already superseeded and not any more
supported.

Try

apt-get install {alsa,lirc,ivtv,video4linux}-kmdl-2.6.11-1.27_FC3

to update all your kmdls and the kernel in one sweep.

The alsa packages require a newer alsa kmdl, but this is not available
for 2.6.11-1.14_FC3. So apt tries to satisfy dependecies by choosing a
random kernel.

If you ask yourself, why the hell is then an even older 2.6.10 kernel
still supported, then the answer is that x86_64 2.6.11 kernels are
badly broken:

      https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=155857

So as an exception to the rule the last 2.6.10 kmdls are still being
built until this bug gets fixed, or FC4 gets released (2.6.12 does not
have this bug).
