That is only part of it.  You need to send the line in input to the 
capture device.  Read Jarod's guide and do the parts for bt848 (except 
for their kernel modules and btaudio) as if you were using the 
loopback.  Look for alsamixer and alsactl.  That is what made it work 
for me.  I will send Jarod an update for SAA7134 once I get a chance.
