Since I haven't applied any drastic measures to resolve this issue, I
still have the system in the original state where I have this
conflict:

rpm -q myththemes mythtv-themes mythtv-suite
myththemes-0.18-103.at
mythtv-themes-0.18-108.rhfc3.at
mythtv-suite-0.18-52.at

The package apt wants to install is this one:
rpm -Uvh /var/cache/apt/archives/mythtv-themes_0.18-109.rhfc3.at_i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
myththemes >= 0.18 is needed by (installed) mythtv-suite-0.18-52.at.i386

Sure seems like mythtv-themes is trying to remove myththemes.
