Fedora Core is a distribution like Red Hat Linux, Red Hat Enterprise
Linux etc.
ATrpms is an add-on repository which exists for Fedora Core etc. It is
not a distribution.
So you cannot compare "ATrpms" with "Fedora", there is ATrpms for
Fedora Core 1-4, ATrpms for Red Hat Linux 7.3-9 and ATrpms for Red Hat
Entreprise Linux 3 and 4.

That does not exist. There is no Fedora Extras for <= FC4. FC3 had
only a pre-extras as a preview.
Even so, nobody reported any issues with fedora.us/pre-extras
lately. If you find anything inform both parties please.
