%{name} and %{version} in SourceN are automatically replaced by rpm
with the values from the Name: and Version: tag. You don't need to
touch these. This is common rpm specfile syntax.
If you want to update a package you usually only change the Version:
and Release: tags, add a changelog and hope that the build procedure
didn't change.
I'll be updating the packages, but for the sake of experimenting and
finding which release broke your mpeg you don't need packages, you
should simply install by source for a proof of concept. If you find
that breakage was induced between version X and Y report it upstream
(in this case the ivtv-devel list).
