Same problem here and some others.
I thought Selinux is enabled by default on FC3 ?
If so, than your kernel should work for that, or not ?

Besides named, also my nvidia modules are not found after an update today.
The module doesn't load somehow with an xorg.conf that worked fine with the 
previous version.

I'll start to analyse what's wrong and how to fix it but I'm having little 
time so may be forced to just downgrade.
