I'm trying to get the dvb drivers for the pcHDTV HD-3000 working under the
latest 2.6.10-1.770_14.rhfc3.atsmp kernel.

 

>From what I can tell from the version timestamps on video4linux,
linuxtv-dvb, cx88, etc. I should just be able to get the latest of
everything and it should work, right?

 

Everything seems to load except for the final cx88_dvb module.  If I try to
modprobe it, I get dmesg output:

 

cx88_dvb: disagrees about version of symbol mt352_attach

cx88_dvb: Unknown symbol mt352_attach

cx88_dvb: disagrees about version of symbol mt352_write

cx88_dvb: Unknown symbol mt352_write

cx88_dvb: disagrees about version of symbol cx22702_attach

cx88_dvb: Unknown symbol cx22702_attach

 

Is there something else I need to install?  Where do mt352 and cx22702
reside, and how do I get them up to date?

 

I was hoping to avoid having to recompile the kernel manually to get dvb
support.

 

I have the following installed from atrpms:
