If they're provided by packages of the same name as in FC3, then yes.

Just a matter of installing rhgb and updating your grub.conf to use it.

No automatically, no. Didn't have it installed before, so nothing to upgrade
to. But I see kernel-xenU and kernel-xen0 available to install if I want. A
clean install with anaconda may well make that easier to initially configure,
but there isn't much you can't just install manually at a later time.
