Yes, thanks for letting me know, I wasn't aware of mythstream
0.16_4. Mark Wormgoor had done some patching upon 0.16_3 to get it
running under 0.18, but it got outdated when I updated the main mythtv
bits to a release-0-18-fixes version, so it's my bad.

A new mythtv build is scheduled anyway (for gcc4 support) and I'll
rebuild mythstream 0.16_4 upon that. I hope to find time over the WE
to do so.
