The depsolvers for FC4t3 are still in wokrs (mainly because there is
no matching atrpms-package-config).

You can install atrpms-package-config from FC3, modify it accordingly
and then install apt for FC4. That's all the atrpms-kickstart package does.

I'm having trouble with the first step. I'm trying this command
Rpmbuild -ba atrpms-package-config-92-1.rhfc3.at.spec

The install phase errors out because the disttag is not being set. How do I set this?
Or how do I verify what rpmbuild will see as the disttag? I have tried changing some
of the files in the tarred file to rhfc3.92 as well as 3.92. No luck so far.

+ cp -a 'smartchannels-%{disttag}-i386.list'
/var/tmp/atrpms-package-config-92-1-buildroot/etc/smart/channels/smart.channel
cp: cannot stat `smartchannels-%{disttag}-i386.list': No such file or directory
