I ran into this yesterday, and just wanted to post an (apparent) fix.  

On an FC4 fresh installation and using kickstart to install apt (and
Jarod's guide for mythtv), I get an unmet dependency when installing
mythtv-suite on xmltv.  By installing the medley-package-config file
using rpm, it goes away and I can install mythtv.

As of yesterday, the medley-package-config did not add a lot to the
sources.list file (though there appear to have been several changes in
the past day that add a lot of new sources), but it appeared to be
enough to complete the installation of mythtv.
