Hm, it would be useful to see the output of apt-get dist-upgrade when
it blows away atrpms-kickstart w/o installing apt.

Scott's report indicates that apt's dist-upgrade operation gets
confused with Red Hat's updates and ATrpms' proper apt package (which
is built with updates enabled).

A report of the upgraded/installed/removed packages from apt-get
dist-upgrade with the bad behaviour would be very appreciated!
