[ATrpms-users] Recommeded package to remove bad email attachments?

Hello all,

I have a server running postfix with spamassassin and procmail.  I'd like to remove bad attachments and replace them with a message explaining why the attachment was removed.  There seems to be a lot of applications to accomplish this, but I would like to use a package that is already in the apt repository.  

The problem is that I can't find a package in the repository to do this?  Could somebody point me to the package that they use?  By bad attachments I mean remove based on extension.  i.e. "exe", "reg", "pif", etc.
