Marcel, you can't have atrpms-kickstart and atrpms-package-config on the
same system. Remove both, then reinstall atrpms-kickstart. Then run apt-
get update && apt-get dist-upgrade. This will uninstall atrpms-package-
config and install apt and atrpms-package-config.  Again run apt-get
update && apt-get dist-upgrade and you should be set. See the following
