The kickstart package actually mentions what I have to do :

Remember to run
        apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade
now. This will get your system up to date and replace atrpms-kickstart with
proper apt packages. Try
        apt-get install synaptic
and
       synaptic

Unfortunately apt-get dist-upgrade fails so there's no way to solve it without 
manually fixing things I guess.
The bad thing seems the conflict between atrpms-kickstart and 
atrpms-package-config that conflict after an apt-get -f install.

I will get things solved manually again.
