atrpms-users.  I had posted from the wrong account so got a waiting
for moderator approval notice.  Before I noticed that I got another copy
which appeared to come through the list so I assumed everything was ok.

FYI: The bad elementtree is coming from fedora-extras.

I had the same error after an upgrade with FC3.  I had gotten 
python-elementtree-1.2.6-4 from fedora-extras.  Putting atrpms 
python-elementtree-1.2.6-3.99_1.rhfc3.at.i386.rpm back in fixed it.
