Ask yourself how did rpm-4.4.1-22_49.rhfc3.at get on your system? :)

The only purpose of atrpms-kickstart is to put it on a virgin system
(e.g. for FC3 one with rpm 4.3.2) and use it to get your system up to
date against Red Hat's updates and ATrpms. After that you should not
use atrpms-kickstart (which will replace itself with apt), but
apt/smart/yum.

Since you already have rpm-4.4.1-22_49.rhfc3.at your system has been
made ATrpms aware in some of the depsolvers mentioned, just continue
to use your depsolver and don't look back to atrpms-kickstart, your
engine is already running :)
