You probable dont have the experimental repos enabled in your 
sources.list, and thats where the mythtv .18 rpms are currently.  If you 
want to use them, then enable that repo in your sources.list, apt-get 
update, and they should be available.  Make sure you remove it from your 
sources.list once done, otherwise youll upgrade thru that repo from now 
on, which you may not want to do.
