[ATrpms-users] 250 MB Will Be Freed?

Just a touch of nervousness here on my part.  I went to do a "dist-upgrade" this morning and got the message below, which says its going to download 238MB and after unpacking 250MB of disk space will be freed.  That seemed like a lot of "something" going away!  

Am I simply being paranoid?  What has shrunk so significantly?
