Are you sure yum20.conf is not your old yum.conf? That's why it's
being moved in the %pre script, so that rpm can %config(noreplace)
it.
Anyway the %pre script has been removed, as it is not safe anymore to
assume anything on yum.conf (new yum, old yum etc.), so the issue is
fixed in later packages.

It was never the intention to blast away custom yum.conf, only to
rename them to yum20.conf.
