That was a tough one, there are quite some packages required for
tv_grab_na_dd and also some other grabbers. I couldn't package them
all (e.g. at some time I was packaging the MQseries package and this
requires mqseries, of course), and so I had to draw a line somewhere.

Some grabbers are still not building (_jp, _se, _no) which I'll look
at the next WE (there isn't also that much demand for these, nobody
complains about them ;)

Note that I packaged a cvs version as there were some vital fixes for
the German grabber.
