Could you try apt-cache policy video4linux-kmdl-2.4.20-30_37.rh9.at?
Which repos have you activated (stable, testing etc.)?

See Jarod's answer on this one, you need to skip the ".i686" part.

If nothing else works, try grabbing saa7134-kmdl and video4linux-kmdl
from

http://atrpms.physik.fu-berlin.de/name/video4linux/
http://atrpms.physik.fu-berlin.de/name/video4linux-testing/
http://atrpms.physik.fu-berlin.de/name/video4linux-experimental/

(always as a set from one repo)

and install them with rpm -Uhv ...
