Sorry for the late reply, I was away at the CeBIT and did not manage
to get access to my mails (...).

About your question: Yes, of course. Long term there will be an
automated mechanism for uploading rpms (most possibly a subversion
controlled build system with developers having write access). For now
ad hoc solutions like a download URL are used.

(BTW already a lot of your software projects are in ATrpms :)
