[ATrpms-users] atrpms-package-config becomes medley-package-config

Hi,

ATrpms has two functions, the one is being a repo, the other a
coordination and consolidation effort of a dozen other repos.

In order to distinguish these two (many were setting those equal), I
have renamed the the atrpms-package-config to medley-package-config
reflecting the nature of the setting there. A new
atrpms-package-config will contain ATrpms-only configuration.

Currently medley-package-config simply obsoletes atrpms-package-config
for backwards compatibility. In the future the two packages will
conflict with each other and the user will have to choice of using
ATrpms-only (e.g. for setting up a dedicated myth box), or the medley
of repos giving higher functionality.

atrpms-package-config will later probably live in stable repos and
medley-package-config in testing upwards, e.g. your stability
criterions will enable/disable multiple repo access.
