now it is even worse.

I did:

apt-get upgrade and it installed a few packages.  I forgot to capture 
the output

The following packages were not upgraded so I did them by hand.
apt-get install libxml2 libxml2-devel libxml2-python libxslt libxslt-devel

util-linux was the only one remaining from apt-get upgrade that was held 
back.  I installed it.
apt-get install util-linux

It replaced mount and something else. 

Here is what I have now:
