That's for FC2. Your best bet is to add
[at-stable]
name=ATrpms for Fedora Core $releasever stable
baseurl=http://apt.atrpms.net/fedora/$releasever/en/$basearch/at-stable
to /etc/yum.conf, import the key with
rpm --import http://ATrpms.net/RPM-GPG-KEY.atrpms
and run
yum install kernel-module-madwifi-`uname -r` madwifi
