docbook-utils requires tetex and tetex 2.0.2 requires X.

But I wonder what requires XFree86-Mesa-libGL (probably
XFree86-libs). If you want to dig further into it (and perhaps find a
packaging bug, which can be reported at bugzilla.atrpms.net) use the
following "poor man's package dependency checker":

rpm --test -e <package>, for example

rpm --test -e XFree86-libs
should tell you which package requires X.
