newpg has been obsoleted/superseeded/swallowed by gnupg2 (by the
upstream authors). Please upgrade to recent gnupg and gnupg2. The
latter is in the bleeding/experimental section.

Yum is a bit picky when some dependencies of installed packages cannot
be found anymore.
