This doesn't seem to build under Cenots 5 using qt44
packages from atrpms. 

You should change the line: 

perl -pi
-e's|/include/qt4|/include|g' settings.pro 

into: 

perl -pi
-e"s|\$\$\{PREFIX\}/include/qt4|`pkg-config --variable=headerdir Qt`|g"
settings.pro

This should work on both (Centos 5 and F11/F12)
