[ATrpms-devel] kradio4 available

This is a complete rewrite of kradio for KDE4, with lots of improvements.
It can be installed together with the previous kradio,
because they do not share anything.

Since it requires cmake >= 2.6.2, it will not build on older systems,
such as RHEL5 or Fedora 8.

I think we could build kradio4 for F9/F10 only (and keep the old kradio,
also, for now).

Lets see if the spec passes ATrpms build system ...
