[ATrpms-devel] libv4l for RHEL5

I have a libv4l that builds for RHEL5.
I need it, because my camera only works with skype with it.

I include a patched version of videodev2.h (from the current video4linux
release in ATrpms), for being able to compile it.

It is working just fine for me with the gspca driver from our video4linux.
