[ATrpms-devel] standalone dovecot-managesieve rpm?

It would be a nice to have addition, and I gave it a shot recently but
got 2 deal breakers:
 - Requires a patch to dovecot package, so there's not way to ship it as
a completely separate entity as dovecot-sieve.

 - Its build system requires too much of the original dovecot src tree
to link to and I got bored before figuring out how to trick it into
building with our dovecot-devel package (which would need more stuff
added in the first place to make this possible)
