It does not build for me without specifying where qt4 is. It does not matter
if I use mock or not:

checking for shmat... yes
checking for IceConnectionNumber in -lICE... yes
checking QTDIR... configure: error: *** QTDIR must be defined, or
--with-qtdir option given
