[ATrpms-devel] New xv fixing installation path

Hi,

I fixed the installation path for xv.
Also, I removed compat-gcc34 as a build requirement,
so you can use forcegcc and build it in all the other platforms.
Please, do not forget to use forcegcc, otherwise the compilation fails.

- Using %_x_prefix and %_x_bindir for the installation path.
- Using CC=gcc and relying on forcegcc
  for choosing the appropriate compiler (gcc34 or gcc32).

If everything goes fine, I will then remove the bug from bugzilla.
Just drop a note, so I remember to do that.
