In fact, ATrpms also has mpeg2dec. Therefore, it is only necessary

 --without daap --without dvbpsi --without twolame --without vcd

I built it fine on a FC5 machine, even after removing almost everything from
freshrpms.

I also built xmms-mplayer, a plugin that allows adding videos to xmms
playlist. It is good for playing videos using mplayer
in sequence, without having to write a script for that.
