What if RHEL4 fixes the quota headers in 4.5? You would need to
rebuild the rpms for all distros. That way you can simply say that
RHEL4 builds are now as sane as RHEL3 builds and you don't need the
extra switch. Also new distros like Fedora 7 run out of the box w/o
adding new logic to the specfile (also necessitating to rebuild the
src.rpm and all binary rpms for that reason only).
