Thanks, I now have the packages rebuilt.  I had assumed that since
RedHat/Fedora has the BUILDS, SPECS, SOURCES, RPMS, and SRPMS under
/usr/src/redhat that I didn't need the other settings in /etc/rpm/macros
that you had suggested.  I guess that's what I get for assuming.   I also
found that I had to add %_sysconfigdir to the macros file.  When I first
tried installing the packages I got messages like the following for each
package:
mythweather = %{evr} is needed by mythplugins-0.21-152_trunk_r12674.i386
mythweb = %{eversion} is needed by mythplugins-0.21-152_trunk_r12674.i386

I ended up installing with "--nodeps --oldpackage" options.  So far
everything seems OK.  I was able to switch back to using 'libmpeg2' for my
MPEG2 decoder option and CPU usage has gone back to 35-45% range.
