It was exactly that post that made me want to try to build trunk :) I
have been chasing down stuttering while watching HD programming. It
doesn't appear to be a frontend cpu problem, or a file server speed
issue. I was going to try this as one of the many things I have tried
so far.
I have it building now. I made a few notes of other things I had to add
to get it to build. I will try to post a follow up. Unfortunately, I
was not subscribed at the time so I will have to start another thread.
