OK, I just uploaded atrpms-rpm-config. It's not blessed, but it's what
I use. E.g. it's a rather stable set of macros that is still labeled
"work in progress". But before the sun dies out I may never be able to
finish it up. Or rephrased: Improvements are welcome :)
The kmdl interface will change to allow plugin-less kmld support for
any depsolver out there, not only yum. But now that I release the
first "API" I will call the improved kmdl scheme kmdl2 to avoid
confusion in the future (= 5 minutes before the sun goes out).

Please try a simple rebuild with just atrpms-rpm-config installed and
no further macros (other that %packager and similar stuff that won't
harm).
