[ATrpms-devel] failure building mythtv for FC5

Background:

I have a MythTV box based on Fedora Core 5. Because of the
transition from Zap2it Labs, I need to update to the most current
MythTV. ATrpms no longer supports FC5. I cannot upgrade from FC5
because I need the Gatos patch to allow radeon TV out and that does not
support current releases of X.

Getting to the point:

I tried building binary packages from
  http://dl.atrpms.net/all/mythtv-0.20.2-163.src.rpm

(I use .rpmmacros that I think work a year ago with the then-current
mythtv-suite-0.20-153.at.src.rpm. My recollection is iffy.)

The build looks mostly good but no .rpms are built. rpmbuild lists
two errors:

error: Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:
a lot of header files from /usr/include/mythtv
	several library files: /usr/lib/libmyth*.so

  RPM build errors:
    File listed twice: /usr/share/mythtv/games/PC/gamelist.xml
    File listed twice: /var/www/html/mythweb/.htaccess

What is the right way to fix this?

Also, there were a lot of warnings during compilation. Are these
expected?
/usr/lib/qt-3.3/include/qxml.h:407: warning: 'class QXmlContentHandler' has virtual functions but non-virtual destructor
Does this mean that I need to upgrade QT?
