Nope. But I'm pretty sure it won't make a difference, at least in my primary 
test case. For the most part, I've been testing this with an HDHomeRun 
(though DVB cards can't scan either, based on user reports and a quick test 
with one of my own).

Already updated the tag and cut new tarballs for Isaac. It was actually the 
Gentoo packager who suggested simply updating the tag, and a few other devs 
concurred. No biggie if you ask me, since most packagers will keep 
following -fixes anyhow.
