[ATrpms-devel] new gspcav1 driver

It is part of the kernel. But optionally, we can use newer versions of the
modules, from the video4linux project, which are going to appear in future
kernel releases.
Depending on the hardware, an external v4l module may be necessary.
For gspcav1 it is not.
