Patch1 adds -fno-unit-at-a-time, so it matches --without unit_at_a_time.

But it should default to be applied for newer distros, e.g. instead of
inverting the !, on should use %bcond_with

I'll change that for the next package update, I think by itself it's
not yet worth it, OK?
