You haven't looked hard enough, the macros were posted at least twice
in the last month alone (or atrpms-users, I don't remember), and many
people have been rebuilding from srpms.

The patch in r11372 is not against 0.20 fixes, it is against svn
head. While the tiny patch will probably be the same for 0.20-fixes,
it is a policy/agreement to only add patches that made it to
0.20-fixes, e.g. ask the developer to backport to the fixes branch,
and then it will make it into ATrpms, too.
